Working with Mojo

If you’re looking for a new job in either the Industrial Control & Automation, Process & Instrumentation or Motion Control & Robotics industries and you’ve never worked with a recruitment consultancy before, we’re happy to help shed some light and guide you as to how it works:

First of all you’ll need to get your CV up to date before you send it over to us – either for a particular job that you’ve spotted on our site or via the more general submission page

If we’ve a job opportunity that is suitable for you, one of the Mojo team will call and talk to you about your skills, experience, motivators and what you might be looking for in a new role. From there we get your details to our clients, but please be assured that we never send your CV anywhere unless you have given us your permission to represent you first. As the process moves on, we’ll keep you in the loop with feedback, arrange interviews and help you negotiate offers, balancing the needs of both parties so you’re feeling all good about making that move.
